Proposed scenarios:

• Create new policy with description
• Create description for existing policies
• Description field should be editable
• Description field should be optional and should be shown in review page only when it is filled in
• YAML editor gets updated when the description field is added
• UI should be updated when annotation related to description is updated.
• Policy listing page should show the description similar to annotation fields

Note:
Existing main UI test case may be updated to cover description field, but not every test should be used.

Run e2e regression to expose possible breaking changes. If it does then we might need to use alternate locator strategy, so that tests would become more stable.
