How should we surface-up status of a Story?

      Color Status is a field in an Epic, and we use that for status.  Openshift uses this field as well.

      There is no equivalent field for Stories.  Propose we use a label.

      If we use a label, do we want to do that for Epics as well (which would not align with Openshift's Jira approach for Epics).
