Value Statement

**Note: this story is blocked until https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-3492 is completed.

The current implementation of search results groups the results by kind, and in the case of related resource results does not sort alphabetically.

The results need to be grouped by apigroup & kind to correctly differentiate resources with the same kind but different apigroup (ex: Subscription has groups: apps.open-cluster-management.io & operators.coreos.com/v1alpha1). This also more closely matches the OCP search look and feel as seen below.
