Azure Cluster/ClusterPool creation crashes in non-English (2.7.2 tracking)

      Description of problem:

      When using the console in a language other than English, after selecting Azure during Cluster or ClusterPool creation, the UI crashes.

      In addition, for AWS clusters, adding additional node pools is slow and the zones do not update properly (also when using non-English).

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set language to non-english.
      2. Attempt to create an Azure cluster or cluster pool.
      3. Attempt to create an AWS cluster and change regions and/or add a new worker pool.

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

      No crashes. Worker zones should update smoothly when region changes.
