[2.6] Running the ACM must-gather does not collect the information provided in the MCE must-gather

Description of problem:

When requesting a must-gather from a customer they are required to run 2 must-gathers, the original ACM and now the MCE as well. This is cumbersome for the customer and increases the time to collect data from the customers.

Actual results:

must-gather doesn't include namespaces that are in the MCE must-gather

Expected results:

must-gather should include everything that the MCE must-gather collects without having to run a 2nd must-gather
