• Customer environment:

There are three RHOCP 4.10 clusters, HUB and 2 managed clusters. These clusters are running on baremetals and deployed in connected mode.

• On one managed cluster (named 'east'), They have sctp server listening to a port 30102. They have exposed this using service. Also, they used serviceExport to export this to be consumed by other clusters in clusterset.

• The customer ask is to get SCTP working on the managed clusters that have submariner enabled on them.
