A GitHub outage caused a number of publishes to the pipeline and backplane-pipeline repo to fail between 8AM and 8PM Eastern yesterday (Feb. 16).  This outage does not seem to have caused a 100% failure rate, rather only some publishers failed to authenticate to successfully with GitHub.

As a result, some of our components are now out of date in the latest snapshots! All affected components will need to push a commit to the affected release branches to trigger a new publish job in order to update the pipeline with their latest contents.

We have compiled a list of the affected components by release stream! Here is the list!
