Credentials breadcrumb is missing intermediate steps in navigation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt to create any type of credential, navigating the catalog view until you arrive at the form.

Actual results:

The breadcrumb on the create credential form is missing the "Infrastructure provider" step. (previously "Credential type")

If you choose an AWS subtype, the "AWS credential" step is also missing from the breadcrumb.

Expected results:

Similar to create cluster flow, every step in the navigation should be present:
