Epic Goal

The hypershift hosted cluster with KubeVirt platform is a tech-preview feature in ACM 2.8. A UI landing page similar to AWS to provide high-level steps with sample CLI command to create a hypershift hosted cluster on KubeVirt platform, documentation about creating a hosted cluster with KubeVirt and QE tests are needed.
