Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Applications -> Overview
2. Click on three vertical dots(ellipsis/kebab menu icon) of any application.
3. Click on 'Search application'
4. "Saved searches" and "x more" are in English.

Actual results:

"Saved searches" and "x more" are in English.

Expected results:

"Saved searches" and "x more" are should be in target locale.
