Description of problem: 

I’m on collective, and when I click the new ‘Get Started with MulticlusterHub’ this launch link to the doc ends up in a 404

Steps to Reproduce:

1. From Clusters page,
2. click the new ‘Get Started with MulticlusterHub’ link in the upper right nav bar
3. then launch the "Learn more about RHACM for K" link to the doc ends up in a 404

Actual results:
