Value Statement

Currently when creating AppSets from the UI, the user needs to go outside the UI to

• Create a ManagedClusterBinding to the GItops namespace
• Create a GitopsCluster
• Create a Placement for the GitopsCluster

In order to make the UI experience better, we should offer users a wizard within the create AppSet wizard that allows them to create all those resources.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• Users can create all the resources they need within the UI when creating AppSet apps

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
