In large environments with multiple ACM hubs, it may be desirable to move a managed OCP cluster from one ACM hub to another. Clusters can be detached from one hub to another, but this introduces at least one problem: the Thanos tenant_id is changed so historical data is lost and/or duplicated.
Need to keep in mind this should work for OCP and *KS clusters as well.
