      Epic Goal

      As an engineer, I want to be able to branch early similar to OCP - when feature complete.

      Why is this important?

      Being able to branch early allows for better release process.

      Acceptance Criteria

      We solved all technical issues and able to branch for ACM 5.0 in (currently target) Apr 26.
