Description of problem:

OCP doc links in ACM all link to the same placeholder which will be updated when MCE is released. Need to verify the doc links are updated after MCE is released.

From the HCP-AWS instructions in the UI (/multicloud/infrastructure/clusters/create/aws/cli), we have links to:
