Description of problem:

Navigation:

         Search - Click on search templates with result - Export as CSV

Issue:

         The translations present in the search result are not exported to .csv file.

For e.g. When used Clusters - Cluster list - Export all to csv or Clusters - Cluster sets - Export all to csv, the translations are exported properly to .csv files.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set UI language to non en-US
2. Navigate to Search and click on any template with results
3. Click on Export as CVS
4. The translations present in search result are not exported to csv file.
5. For e.g. the translations are exported properly for Cluster list or Cluster sets

Actual results:

Translated values are not exported to csv file

Expected results:

Translated values should be exported to csv file
