Description of problem:

The hypershift addon agent already creates and updates the metric on the count of hosted clusters that have API server ready. This metric is not emitted because the metric was not added to the collector list.

It requires only one line code change to fix this but will help a lot to generate a meaningful RHOBS dashboard for SD.

No impact on QE since this is not tested.
