Submariner addon is not labeling worker node with default machine set "cd5.large" on OCP 4.20

      Description of problem:

      The submariner-addon controller on the hub cluster failed to automatically detect and label worker nodes on the submqe-aws1 cluster as gateways, even

        though 3 worker nodes were ready and properly labeled 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      AWS OCP 4.20

      How reproducible:

      • Install AWS OCP 4.20
      • Use default machine set cd5.large
      • install ACM with submariner

       

      Actual results:

      Hub cluster failed to automatically detect and label worker nodes on the AWS cluster as gateways.

      Expected results:

      Hub cluster should automatically detect and label worker nodes

      Additional info:

      Work around 
      set machine set to m5.xlarge
