      Description of problem:

      Pills styling on the 'Rules' under 'PolicyReport' on Search UI has incorrect styling. Please refer to the image attached.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into ACM and make a query for 'Kind: PolicyReport'

      Actual results:

      Pills styling on the 'Rules' is inconsistent (white - incorrect)

      Expected results:

      Pills styling is correct
