Description of problem:

We are attempting to remove and re-add hosts through ClusterInstance that is synced through ArgoCD. The hosts should be removed and then re-added with updated networking config and MTU settings.

Instead we are blocked by a webhook error when attempting to modify the host in the ClusterInstance or if we attempt to comment it out and remove it from the ClusterInstance entirely as an intermediate step.
