Description of problem:

As shown in the attached chart for ETCD DB size and ETCD DB size in use, when MCOA is enabled before deploying SNOs, during the deployment time, both the ETCD DB size and  ETCD DB size in use are much higher than the case when MCOA is not enabled. Especially the db size is greater than the default ETCD db size, which is 8GB. That is a problem  for customers that doesn't adopt tech-preview feature yet,  as changing default ETCD db size is still a Tech-preview feature.
