We've wanted block replication for a long while, but have been waiting for CBT (change block tracking) in kubernetes.

There is support available now (perhaps in alpha?), so start investigating the current state and what we can do.

• what is the current state of the CBT spec?
• What is available in Openshift currently and going forward?
• What storage providers support CBT and what could we use for testing?
