Description of problem:

CNV UI is leveraging ACM Search for certain k8s virt related resources. These can be seen here:

https://github.com/stolostron/console/blob/main/frontend/packages/multicluster-sdk/src/internal/search/convertSearchItemToResource.ts

It was found that there are 2 resources missing from the virt ClusterRoles:

1. ClusterOperator (config.openshift.io)

2. StorageClass (storage.k8s.io)

These need to be added to the ACM virt ClusterRoles so that ACM Search can return them to CNV UI.

Actual results:

Missing virt resources that CNV UI is utilizing from ACM Search

Expected results:

Virt roles need to cover all k8s resources that CNV UI is requesting
