2.11 is the link that was found during a search and was not loading properly.

2.11 support is ending support this summer for EUS. I am waiting to learn if we have any customers on 2nd EUS for the extension, but as of now we have been told by PM that it is unlikely 2.11 will need to be extended for content maintenance. We do not plan to take this version to DITA.

This issue with 2.11 is the large HCP folder with many files, which went to OCP in 2.12 along with the two contributing OCP writers that created it.

We do not have the resources to attempt to send this to OCP for 2.11 and the older OCP version or edit this content with so little time remaining in support.

We will put a clearer notice on these files that the HCP section of this doc is deprecated and to visit OCP in case it comes up in Search.

Search displays older content across the products, but we cannot remove old versions according to support. Our PMs have asked that in the past. 

Some of the other issues might have been related to Portal performance at the time because 2.15 is working fine now, but the complaint was that it was not loading last Friday for 2.15.

Cluster is a big book (largely bc ACM is big) and you cannot build the PDF. This is a known issue and with conversion clean up and tool changes, we are hoping this resolves.

We plan to work with PM and the engineers to try to reduce that content before taking it to DITA for all supported versions. Meanwhile when we are asked for a PDF (rarely), Oliver builds it and send it.

We are staging GA for 2.16 and will prioritize this after we get critical issues for 2.16 closed. Thank you.
