With many OCP versions, we have multiple fbc to maintain which makes harder to maintain and the older OCP versions takes significant longer time than others.

Goal:

• find easy way to specify range of supported ocp versions for each voslync version in volsync-operator-product-fbc repository.
• For the v0.16 release we will most likely not ship it with the OCP 4.14 FBC anymore
