There is an existing practice of ordering SemVer in most to least recent version in OpenShift. ([Github Thread|https://github.com/openshift/oc/pull/1889)], [Slack|https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C09U13VKN9G/p1769627543568639?thread_ts=1769103100.026549&cid=C09U13VKN9G)]

The value prop: "...to prioritizing recent targets in each available z-stream, with older releases (with fewer bugfixes) tucked behind a --show-outdated-releases guard.  That might help make it easier for folks to find modern releases, and also work as a reminder for the folks that are headed for the older releases realize that they were leaving verified bugfixes on the table"

DoD: Check with the team to see if this is something we should adopt. If we get approval, write a new story to track the work.
