Value Statement

As a release engineer, I want the Hive team to create build configurations to produce container images to be included in MCE 2.17.

NOTE: We're deviating from the usual numbering pattern. The previous release was called MCE 2.11. This one is 2.17 because we're now aligning MCE and ACM semvers.

Procedure

1. Request konflux pipeline thingies. (Details on how to do this? rh-ee-mold?)
2. I think ^ results in a bot PR with useless gobbledygook in the configs. Fix by running .tekton/copyconfig.sh and re-push.
