Two grafana ACM dashboards in platform-mcoa are empty

      Description of problem:

      After enable MCOA in hub with 2673 managed SNOs, the two grafana ACM dashboards in platform-mcoa are empty as shown below, the kubernetes ones look ok though. rh-ee-tmange  is looking into the issue in the environment now
