Description of problem:

I'm trying to enable MCOA on a hub that has 2672 managed cluster. After the 

multicluster-*obs*ervability-addon is enabled on managed cluster, themulticluster-observability-addon-manager running on the hub starts printing lines like below in the log. It really helps if the client info like managed cluster name can be included in the log so we know which client sent the CSR, as I have 2672 managed clusters, I'd like to know when and which one sent CSR to analyst agent install time or debug agent install issue
