Description of problem:

it could be the case where a status message is too long and it needs to be truncated. This is specially possible for cases where namespace/s don't exist on cluster/s

How reproducible: 

1. create a RA
2. manually edit multiple non-existing targetNamespaces

Actual results:

the tooltip message is so long it can't be read

Expected results:

to truncate the text and be able to expand it
