Description of problem:

When the ACM dynamic plugin is installed, OpenShift console YAML editors have some styling errors.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

ACM 2.6/MCE 2.1, ACM 2.7/MCE 2.2 (perhaps earlier as well)

OCP 4.11, 4.13 (perhaps others as well)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. View a page with YAML in the OpenShift Console

Actual results:

Context menu has expanded spacing and rounded dividers. On 4.13, there is also a white box under the first line of YAML.
