This might be an IntegrationTestScenario in Konflux, or it might be something else. QE might already have some pipelines for Gatekeeper, in which case we just need to understand them more and see what (if any) manual steps are involved which we can automate.

Ideally for "simple" gatekeeper releases like z-streams which just update packages, or new operator releases that just match new community versions, we can be confident in our planned releases without too much effort.
