Description of problem:

Whenever a role assignment is created for a cluster set and it is edit, the cluster set selection is lost. Check the different recordings either for global access and particular cluster set

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a role assignment for a cluster set
2. edit it
3. change something from the role assignment to enable save button
4. save it

Actual results:

the cluster set is lost

Expected results:

to keep cluster set selection
