In the rbac UI, we can create role assignments for specific projects (RoleBindings) when selecting individual clusters:

Cluster role assignment == ClusterRoleBinding

Project role assignment == RoleBinding

However when creating role assignments for cluster sets, it does not allow for Project role assignment (RoleBindings):

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create role assignment for clusters
2. Create role assignment for cluster sets

Actual results:

Can only create ClusterRoleBindings for cluster sets.

Expected results:

Should also be able to create RoleBindings for cluster sets.
