      Gitops addon resources were not cleaned up properly after deleting it's ManagedClusterAddon CR

      How reproducible: Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.  Enable gitopsaddon on a manaegd cluster by creating a mca
      2. Check managed cluster, see openshift-gitops pods running in the openshift-gitops ns
      3.  Delete the mca on the hub
      4. Check managed cluster openshift-gitops ns again

      Actual results:

      Those openshift-gitops pods are still there

      Expected results:

      Those openshift-gitops pods should be removed

      Additional info:

      When debugging, we used gitopscluster CR with field
