There isnt an existing test case in polarion that tests the policy https://github.com/stolostron/multiclusterhub-operator/blob/main/pkg/templates/charts/toggle/fine-grained-rbac/templates/policy-virt-oauth-policy.yaml
which makes sures idps in the hub aligns with managedclusters that have the environment=virtualization label on it

Pre-conditions:

• ACM Hub installed with MultiClusterHub operator.

• Managed Cluster imported (or local-cluster enabled).

• Managed Cluster labeled with environment=virtualization.

• fine-grained-rbac chart/feature enabled (Policy policy-virt-oauth present).

Verification:
In the policy on the hub add a idp on the oauth and see a violation is present if that idp isnt on the managedcluster or see no violation if present if that idp is on the managedcluster
