Edge manager fails to be installed with Software Catalog

      Description of problem:

      I tried to install FlightControl using Software Catalog. The release is still in pensing status.

      In the namespace I see that flightctl-cert-generator fails to pull its image:

       

      [kni@ocp-edge124 flightctl]$ oc get pod -n flightctl
      NAME                               READY   STATUS             RESTARTS   AGE

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Train 35 - ACM 2.16.0 Fresh Install on IBM Power with OCP 4.20.z

      ACM2.16.0-DOWNSTREAM-2026-01-13-05-17-59

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Try to install FlightContol with Software Catalog
      2. Check if the FC the pods are running in the ns

      Actual results:

      The FlightControl pods are not running.
