For Managed Services deployment of Hypershift clusters, we need to create Grafana dashboards that show the status of ACM Addon and ACM itself. The dashboards will provide a high level overview of the Service Level Objective (SLO) for ACM and enable the end-user to drill down into the ACM Addon for deeper insights.
