Background

As part of the ACM CNV roles finalization (ACM-26301), the story owner needs to create a documentation task to update the ACM CNV documentation with the new role structure and naming.

Dependencies

• ACM-28461 - Research and propose ACM virt roles reorganization for better UX
• ACM-28462 - Implement ACM virt roles reorganization (fine-grained RBAC backend)

Scope

The story owner is responsible for:

• Creating an informative documentation issue using the Customer Portal Doc template
• Ensuring doc acceptance criteria is met per The Playbook
• Linking the development issues to the doc issue

Documentation Updates Needed

• Document the new ACM CNV role names and structure
• Update any existing role documentation to reflect the reorganization
• Provide clear guidance on role usage aligned with virt use cases
• Include Kubernetes RBAC best practices context
• Update any migration notes if role names are changing

Tasks

1. Wait for proposal approval from ACM-28461
2. Create documentation issue using Customer Portal Doc template
3. Link doc issue to ACM-26301 and related sub-tasks
4. Work with Technical Writing team on documentation content
5. Review and approve final documentation
