Value Statement
The search operator monitors the size of the ACM deployment and provides users with guidance when and advanced PostgreSQL configuration is required. More specifically, this is focussed on the Postgres PVC configuration.
Acceptance Criteria
- The search operator is able to identify the size of the ACM deployment.
- Number of managed clusters
- Number of applications
- Total resources per cluster.
- Detect when pods fail because OOM or other common issues.
- The search operator outputs a status message when the size of ACM reaches a threshold that requires PostgreSQL to use a PVC
Automation of the action to update the PostgreSQL configuration is excluded from this story.
