The IBM Z is looking to support an HCP hosted cluster to run as an ACM hub, and to be able to manage other s390x/x86 arch clusters.

The plan is as follows: 
IBM Z QE team will provide the environment (hub, spokes) 
IBM Z team to install ACM 2.16.0 on the hub cluster
IBM Z team to install supported operators like "Compliance", "AAP", etc.
PICS team to run the E2E pipeline for the following components: Install, Search, ALC, Observability, server foundation , GRC and Volsync
PICS team to push results to Polarion (IBM Z test run) and to report portal and ACM engineering teams will assist in troubleshooting failures.
