Description of problem:

The applications detail page is continuously reloading and triggerring a lot of network activity on a cluster with large scale deployments.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect to gigantic scale environment.
2. View details of any application.

Actual results:

Expected results:

After loading initially, page should not reload with every refresh of the data.

Not observed on the current main branch (ACM 2.16.0) or with ACM 2.14.z
