Context:

The addon manager is deployed with resource limits that prevents it from handling increased loads properly. We should remove them as we do for the rest of the ACM observability workloads that are considered as infra workloads.

Acceptance:

Limits are removed, request is increased to 512Mi and 100m CPU, depending on the resources needed by the optimized version.
