Currently, the "Service Cluster Status Since Creation" panel in the Grafana dashboard only shows cumulative time from cluster creation to each status, displayed as a table with raw numbers (e.g., "1.27 years", "33.1 weeks"). This makes it difficult to:

1. Identify which provisioning stage is taking the longest time
2. Track performance trends across different clusters over time
3. Quickly spot provisioning bottlenecks or degradation
