Description of problem:

When deleting role assignments using the Actions menu, the user is prompted to type "delete" to confirm deletion:

However n other areas of the UI (such as clusters detach/destroy, clustersets, etc) we ask the user to type "confirm":

This should be consistent through for UX.

1. go to user management > roles > select a role > role assignments tab
2. select multiple role assignments, click actions > delete
3. observe message
