       As an engineer, I want our daily deployment to deploy ACM 2.16.0 builds.
      Update the daily Hub parameter values as follows:

      RHACM_SNAPSHOT_TAG = latest-2.16 
MCE_SNAPSHOT_TAG = latest-2.11 
ACM_RELEASE_VERSION = release-2.16

      Update the main stream version in the Jenkins secrets to 2.16
