Title: Limitation with cluster curator upgrading the hub cluster

      Content:

When you use the ClusterCurator resource to upgrade the hub cluster the ClusterCurator status will get stuck even though the upgrade is successful. This is due to the hub rebooting which also causes the Job resource pod monitoring the upgrade to be terminated. To workaround this, manually upgrade the hub cluster. If you already used the cluster curator to upgrade the hub cluster you must delete the ClusterCurator resource hub cluster namespace to allow future upgrades to display in the console.

      4. - [ ] Mandatory for GA content:

      • [ ] Add steps, the diff, known issue, and/or other important
conceptual information in the following space:
      • [ ] *Add Required access level *(example, *Cluster
Administrator*) for the user to complete the task:
      • [ ] Add verification at the end of the task, how does the user
verify success (a command to run or a result to see?)

      5. - [ ] Mandatory for bugs: What is the diff? Clearly define what the
problem is, what the change is, and link to the current documentation. Only
use this for a documentation bug.
