Description of problem:

VM Filtering not showing correct results for newly created VMs

Steps:

• Log into the hub as kubeadmin
• Go to Fleet UI VM page, select local-cluster (default) and create a VM by using instanceType
  • Select rhel10

• Once the VM is up and running, on the VM list page
  • Click on 'All clusters'
  • Select 'RHEL' and apply the filter

Expected:

Newly created VM shows up in the list

Actual:

VM doesn't show up

Note that removing the filter lists the VM

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.15-RC (Nov17th build)
