      Value Statement

      The OCP applications which run on every managed cluster are a significant number of what essentially are background apps, yet they are collected and listed as first order applications taking up backend processing and frontend processing time when they are really important when they fail.

      To make them secondary applications they will be ignored unless the user wants to view them.

      1. In the UI the Filter menu will show the System apps in the menu as indeterminate meaning they won't be listed unless specifically selected (this is the give me everything except the System applications choice)
      2. When an app list is requested from. the backend, the System apps will be ignored from search, etc unless System is specifically selected by user
