Description of problem:

For hosted clusters, we do not have an option to deploy with an automation template, nor do we show it on the cluster overview, but we show it as an action for the cluster:

Upon selecting, you can also set a template for the cluster.

I also tried setting an upgrade pre/post hook for the hosted cluster, but don't see it being triggered upon upgrading the hosted cluster control plane. For consistency, we should remove this if its not supported.
